This is very interesting.

A friend sent this to me. It's been said that God first separated the salt water from the fresh, made dry land, planted a garden, made animals and fish..... all before making a human. He made and provided what we'd need before we were born. These are best ; more powerful when eaten raw. We're such slow learners...

God left us great clues as to what foods help what part of our body! God's Pharmacy! Amazing!
A sliced Carrot looks like the human eye. The pupil, iris and radiating lines look just like the human eye... and YES, science now shows carrots greatly enhance blood flow to and function of the eyes.

A Tomato has four chambers and is red. The heart has four chambers and is red. All o f the research shows tomatoes are loaded with lycopine and are indeed pure heart and blood food.
Grapeshang in a cluster that has the shape of the heart. Each grape looks like a blood cell and all of the research today shows grapes are also profound heart and blood vitalizing food.
A Walnut looks like a little brain, a left and right hemisphere, upper cerebrums and lower cerebellums. Even the wrinkles or folds on the nut are just like the neo-cortex We now know walnuts help develop more than three (3) dozen neuron-transmitters for brain function.
Kidney Beans actually heal and help maintain kidney function and yes, they look exactly like the human kidneys...

Top Ten Suggestions
1. Become emotionally literate. Label your feelings, rather than labeling people or situations.
Use three word sentences beginning with "I feel".
Start labeling feelings; stop labeling people & situations
"I feel impatient." vs "This is ridiculous." I feel hurt and bitter". vs. "You are an insensitive jerk."
"I feel afraid." vs. "You are driving like an idiot."
2. Distinguish between thoughts and feelings.
Thoughts: I feel like...; I feel as if.... ; I feel that
Feelings: I feel: (feeling word)
3. Take more responsibility for your feelings.
"I feel jealous." vs. "You are making me jealous."
Analyze your own feelings rather than the action or motives of other people. Let your feelings help you identify your unmet emotional needs.
4. Use your feelings to help make decisions
"How will I feel if I do this?" "How will I feel if I don't?"
"How do I feel?" "What would help me feel better?"
Ask others "How do you feel?" and "What would help you feel better?"
5. Use feelings to set and achieve goals
- Set feeling goals. Think about how you want to feel or how you want others to feel. (your employees, your clients, your students, your children, your partner)
- Get feedback and track progress towards the feeling goals by periodically measuring feelings from 0-10. For example, ask clients, students, teenagers how much they feel respected from 0 to 10.
6. Feel energized, not angry.
Use what others call "anger" to help feel energized to take productive action.
7. Validate other people's feelings.
Show empathy, understanding, and acceptance of other people's feelings.
8. Use feelings to help show respect for others.
How will you feel if I do this? How will you feel if I don't? Then listen and take their feelings into consideration.

Instead, try to just listen with empathy and non-judgment.

golongan pertama ialah golongan orang yang GAGAL; mereka nampak peluang n tau kelebihan peluang yang ada...tapi mereka abaikan...mereka tolak tepi peluang tu..contoh "ah..dah la...xde mase aku nak buat mnde ni"
golongan kedua ialah golongan orang yang BIASA2 je; mereka nmpk peluang, mereka tak tolak tapi mereka tak ambil...contohnya "kau buat dulu, nnti bila kau da berjaya kau bgtau aku"...tp pada ketika kawan kita da berjaya, kita adalah golongan yang tertinggal di belakang..
golongan ketiga ialah golongan orang yang BIJAK; mereka nampak peluang n ambil peluang tu..sebab mereka tau mereka ingin berjaya n ingin merubah nasib mereka..

Food for thought, sad but true




FOOD FOR THOUGHT: SAD BUT TRUE 
Let's put the seniors in jail, and the criminals in a nursing home.
This way the seniors would have access to showers, hobbies,
and walks, they'd receive unlimited free prescriptions, dental
and medical treatment , wheel chairs etc. and they'd receive money
instead of paying it out.
They would have constant video monitoring, so they could be
helped instantly ,if they fell, or needed assistance.
Bedding would be washed twice a week, and all clothing would be
ironed and returned to them.
A guard would check on them every 20 minutes, and bring their meals
and snacks to their cell. They would have family visits in a suite
built for that purpose.
They would have access to a library, weight room, spiritual
counseling, pool, and education.
Simple clothing , shoes, slippers, P.J.'s and legal aid would be free,
on request.
Private, secure rooms for all, with an exercise outdoor yard ,with
gardens.
Each senior could have a P.C. a T.V. radio, and daily phone calls.
There would be a board of directors , to hear complaints, and the guards
would have a code of conduct, that would be strictly adhered to.
AND THE CRIMINALS
The "criminals" would get cold food, be left all alone, and unsupervised.
lights off at 8pm, and showers once a week.
Live in a tiny room, and pay $5000.00 per month and have no hope
of ever getting out.
And they call this justice for all.? !

Good reminder


One day a teacher of a primary school asked her students to write a essay about what they would like God to do for them.
Later in the evening while checking those essays at home, she came across one that made her very emotional.  Her husband, who just walked in saw her crying, enquired: “What happened?”
Handing over a sheet of paper, she answered, “Read this. It's an essay by one of my students”
The essay, 
“I just want to live like a TV” read as under:
Oh God, tonight I ask you something very special: Make me into a television.  I want to take its place. 
Live like the TV in my house. Have my own special place and have my family around ME. 
To be taken seriously when I talk . . . I want to be the centre of attention and be heard without interruptions or questions. 
I want to receive the same special care that the TV receives even when it is not working. 
Have the company of my dad when he arrives home from work, even when he is tired.  And I want my mom to want me when she is sad and upset, instead of ignoring  me . . .  
And . . .  I want my brothers to fight to be with me . . .  I want to feel that family just leaves everything aside, every now and then, just to spend some time with me. 
And last but not least make it that I can make them all happy and entertain them.  
Lord I don't ask you for much . . .  I just want to live like every TV.”
Having finished reading the essay, the husband gravely remarked: “My God, poor kid. What horrible parents!”
Tears rolling down her cheek, she looked up at him and calmly said:  “That essay is written by our son!!!

The human body has the power to heal itself. The immune system has a self-defence mechanism to block and destroy bacteria or viruses that invade our bodies, while the self-healing mechanism will get us back on the road to recovery. When you have a cold and take medicine, the medication may kill the virus but your immune system will not fully function, and its efficiency will decrease. 
As a result, your body will be more vulnerable to germs.
Dr Wu's principle is to strengthen the immune system, and avoid medication as much as possible. In his book, he offers the following guidelines to good health:
1. Have three bowel movements a day, if possible.
Other health experts may advise one bowel movement a day, but Dr Wu says that's not enough. You need three bowel movements a day in order to excrete all the accumulated faeces from your intestine. 
Your liver  not beoverburdened and it also helps reduce cholesterol in your body.
2. Drink at least three glasses of fruit or vegetable smoothies each day.
This is a way to ingest enough phytochemicals to strengthen the body's cells and immune system. Use not only the flesh, but also the skin and seeds of fruits and vegetables to make smoothies, as they are rich in phytochemicals.
Most of the fruit seeds have small amounts of cyanide which kill bacteria and viruses without damaging the body.
Actually the recommended smoothie diet is six glasses a day, two in the morning, one before lunch, two more in the afternoon, and one more before dinner. However, if that's too much, you may start with three glasses a day. Use a high powered blender (at least three horsepower) as it can release phytochemicals from the fibre. It's best to choose sour fruits like green or red apples, grapes,pineapples, kiwi and lime.
3. Sunbathe 30 minutes daily.
We often hear that the Sun's UV rays will damage our skin, and many people apply sunblock before going out.
But Dr Wu says the opposite. He says the UV rays will help convert cholesterol underneath the skin into vitamin A which helps moisten the skin and prevent skin cancer, and also vitamin D that helps prevent colds,  osteoporosis, and certain kinds of cancer.
"Therefore, use the Sun. Expose yourself to sunlight about one-half hour a day, at noon or another appropriate time based on your local climate. The Sun will make you healthier," says Dr Wu.
4. Exercise 30 minutes a day.
Don't exercise for more than 30 minutes. If you go beyond that, your body will be overworked.
"If you do it more than half an hour, that will become labour, not exercise. Your heart and your body will be working too hard," he says.
5. Shower with hot, then cold water.
Try an alternating cold and hot water shower: Three minutes of hot water followed by 30 seconds of cold water, then repeat twice more.
This process will bring a rush of blood and energy to your body. It helps to increase your immune system, blood circulation, and metabolism.
6. Drink a lot of water, in the correct way.
How much water you need to drink each day depends on your specific situation.If your office is air-conditioned, drinking six glasses of water a day is enough. If your work involves lots of walking, you have to drink 8-10 glasses a day. If you work under the hot sun, then 10-12 glasses of water are required.
The way you drink is also important. The correct way is to sip it little by little, to give your body cells time to absorb the water. If you drink the whole glass down at once, your cells can't absorb it all, and the water will be excreted as urine.
7. Eat according to your blood type.
Your blood type determines what you should eat. Eating the wrong foods will make you sick.
People with blood type O have to eat a certain amount of meat. If they eat only vegetables for a long time, their body won't absorb all the substances they need to strengthen their immune system. The recommended diet for this group is 75% vegetables, 10% fruits, 10% meat, seafood and goat's milk (avoid cow's milk), and 5% grains.
People with blood type A, however should avoid milk and meat, while increasing grains and fruits.
People with blood type B should also avoid meat.
People with blood type AB should avoid chicken and beef.
8. Eat according to your biological clock.
Every human being has a biological clock that tells us when to eat, sleep, and wake up. If you don't follow your biological clock, the organs will lose their balance. Toxins and wastes won't be excreted from your body, and soon you'll get sick.
According to Dr Wu, the biological clock is divided into three phases.
From 4am to noon is the time for bowel movements, so in the morning you should eat foods with lots of fibre. Fruit and vegetable smoothies are recommended.
From noon to 8pm, your body will absorb food, so lunch is the most important meal. A vegetable salad with grains is recommended. Fish or boiled eggs can be added to your lunch. Avoid meat at dinner as the amino acids in the meat will disturb your sleep. Try to finish dinner by 6pm.
From 8pm to 4am, the nutrients and energy from food will be distributed throughout your body organs. The golden time for your sleep is between 10pm and 2am,as your immune and self-healing system will function at its best.

At the age of 30, Chinese doctor Tom Wu was diagnosed with advanced stages of lung cancer, and was told he had only a few months to live.
However, Dr Wu, who recently spoke with Mylife, has already reached 70 years old, and to our surprise, he still looks like a young and healthy man in his 50s.
Not only has he survived, but the doctor has maintained a healthy life. The cancer is all gone, and he said he's never caught a cold or other illness for 40 years. He has stopped going for blood tests.
"My body and feelings tell me I'm well, that I'm truly in good health," says Dr Wu.
His secret lies in the power of natural healing. Dr Wu always says that no wonder drug can cure diseases. But our own internal healing power,our immune system, can. And what can strengthen our immune system are simple foods from Mother Nature, and a healthy lifestyle. In his view, diseases such as cancer, diabetes and heart disease can be overcome by changing the diet.
Dr Wu says people get sick because they eat the wrong foods. Fried food,for example, causes blockage in the arteries, bad circulation, cholesterol,and heart disease.
"Instead of taking a cholesterol lowering drug, I would urge them to stop eating greasy food. My suggestion is to eat clean food, which is high in phytochemicals, " he says.
Phytochemicals are natural cleansing agents that will help rid plaque from your arteries. They come from natural foods such as vegetables,fruits with their seeds, and common garden herbs. Dr Wu had first studied Western medicine in France, and then furthered his education in alternative therapy, earning a doctorate degree.
The turning point arrived when he was diagnosed with lung cancer at the age of 30. Modern medicine gave him no hope; it was too late to remove the damaged parts of the lung. The cancer had already spread to other organs, and the doctor told him he had only a few months left.
"I thought about what I had eaten in the past - meat, fish, fried and grilled food, sweet cake, but we simply did not eat enough vegetables and sour fruits. I was confused and doubted whether I would become weak if I ate too many vegetables and less meat," says Dr Wu.
However, after a lot of thinking and analysis, he decided to change his diet and ate a lot of vegetables and fruits, drank clean water, and completely adjusted his lifestyle - his sleeping, breathing and exercise habits.
Nine months later, he went for a check-up, and surprisingly no cancer cells were detected.
He advised people in his family and in the neighbourhood about his discovery, and studied natural medicine until he received a doctorate degree in naturopathy and nutrition from the US.
Dr Wu has been a frequent speaker at worldwide forums, spreading his knowledge on natural cures and the use of organic food. He advises people to use the most simple foods in the most natural way in order to fight illnesses and maintain good health.

Pada symposium ke113 Badan Kesehatan Dunia (WHO) yang membahas makanan, olah raga dan kebiasaan hidup strategi baru kesehatan global. Dalam strategi baru tersebut mengemukakan pola makan yang tidak sehat tersebut merupakan penyebab utama timbulnya bermacam macam penyakit non infeksi (tidak menular) termasuk beberapa jenis kanker.
Dalam symposium tersebut WHO merekomendasikan golongan makananyang terbaik. Meliputi pengendalian asupan lemak jenuh dan menggantikan dengan lemak tak jenuh. Banyak makan sayur, buah, kacang kacangan , makanan kasar dll. Mengaharapkan pemahaman makanan/menu sehat menghadapi tantangan hidup.
1. Buah Terbaik 
Urutan buah terbaik adalah papaya, strawberry, orange, jeruk kupas, kiwi, mangga, plum, kesemek dan semangka.
2. Sayur Terbaik
Ketela kuning kaya kandungan vitamin juga anti kanker mujarab merupakan golongan sayur utama disusul oleh asparagus, lettuce, brokoli, seledri, terong, bit, wortel, kolumbi, xuelihong (sejenis sawi ijo), sawi putih.
3. Daging terbaik
Struktur daging angsa mirip dengan minyak zaitun, bermanfaat untuk jantung.
Daging angsa mendapat predikat sumber protein terbaik.
4. Makanan tersehat untuk proteksi otak

Bila dikonsumsi secara regular dapat menyebabkan kegemukan, mengakibatkan hyperlipitdema dan sakit jantung korener. Dalam prosese menggoreng sering terjadi bnayak zat karsiogenik, hal mana telah dibuktikan kecenderungan kanker bagi mereka yang mengkonsumsi makanan gorengan jauh lebih tinggi dari yang tidak / sedikit mengkonsumsi makanan gorengan.
2. Makanan kalengan
Baik yang berupa buah kalengan atau daging kalengan, kandungan gizinya sudah banyak dirusak, terlebih kandungan vitaminnya hampirseluruhnya dirusak. Terlebih dari itu kandungan proteinnya telah mengalami perubahan sifat hingga penyerapannya diperlambat. Nilai gizinya jauh berkurang. Sealain itu banyak buah kalengan berkadar gula tinggi dan diasup ke tubuh dalam bentuk cair sehingga penyerapannya sangat cepat. Dalam waktu singkat dapat menyebabkan kadar gula darah meningkat, memberatkan beban pancreas. Bersamaan dengann tingginya kalori, dapat menyebabkan obesitas.
3. Makanan asinan
Dalam proses pengasinan dibutuhkan penambahan garam secara signifikan, hal mana dapat mengakibatkan kandungan garam makanan tersebut melewati batas, menambah beban ginjal. Bagi pengkonsumsi makanan asinan tersebut, bahaya hipertensi dihasilkan. Terlebih pada proses pengasinan sering ditambahkan amonium nitrit yang menyebabkan peningkatan bahaya kanker hidung dan tenggorokan. Kadar  garam tinggi dapat merusak selaput lender lambung dan usus. Bagi mereka yang secara kontinu mengkonsumsi makanan asin radang lambung dan usus kemungkinan tinggi.
4. Makanan daging yang diproses (ham, sosis, dll)
Dalam makanan golongan tersebut mengandung garam nitrit dapat menyebabkan kanker, juga mengandung pengawet/pewarna dll yang memberatkan beban hati/hepar. Dalam ham dsb kadar natriumnya tinngi, mengkonsumsi dalam jumlah besar dapat mengguncangkan tekanan darah dan memberatkan kerja ginjal.
5. Makanan dari daging berlemak dan jerohan
Walaupun makan ini mengandung protein yang baik, vitamin dan mineral tapi dalam daging berlemak dan jerohan mengandung lemak jenuh dan kolestrol yang sudah divonis sebagai pencetus penyakit jantung. Makan jerohan binatang dalam jumlah banyak dan waktu lama dapat menyebabkan pernyakit jantung koroner dan tumor ganas (kanker usus besar), kanker payudara dll.
6. Olahan Keju
Sering mengkonsumsi olahan keju dapat menyebabkan penambahan berat badan hingga gula drah meninggu. Mengkonsumsi cake/kue keju bertelur menyebabkan kurang gairah makan. Konsumsi makanan berkadar lemak dan gula tinggi sering mengakibatkan pengosongan perut. Banyak kasus terjadinya hyperakiditas dan rasa terbakar.
7.Mi instant
Makanan ini tergolong makanan tinggi garam, miskin vitamin, mineral. Kadar garam tinggi menyebabkan beratnya beban ginjal, meningkatkan tekanan darah dan mengandung trans lipid, memberatkan beban pembuluh darah jantung.
8. Makanan yang dipanggang/dibakar
Mengandung zat penyebab kanker.
9Sajian manis beku.
Termasuk golongan ini ice cream, cake beku dll. Golongan ini punya 3 masalah karena mengandung mentega tinggi yang menyebabkan obesitas karena kadar gula tinggi mengurangi nafsu makan juga karena temperature rendah sehingga mempengaruhi usus.
10.  Manisan kering
Mengandung garam nitrat. Dalam tubuh bergabung dengan ammonium menghasilkan zat karsiogenik juga mengandung esen segai tambahan yang merusak hepar dan organ lain, mengandung garam tinggi yang menyebabkan tekanan darah tinggi dan memberatkan kerja ginjal.

Aku tak sedar, bertapa kasarnya kata-kataku,
Sedangku berbaring di katil mendengar musik,
Terdengar suara halus datang membisik,
"Bila bersama orang tak dikenali,
Begitu bersopan dan merendah diri,
Tetapi ahli keluarga tersayang, sering dimarah dan dicaci",
"Cubalah kau pergi lihat di lantai dapur,
Kan kau temui bunga-bungaan berterabur",
"Itu adalah bunga-bunga dibawanya untuk kamu,
Dia memetiknya sendiri, kuning, biru dan unggu",
"Dia berdiri senyap agar jadi kejutan buat kamu,
Kamu tak pernah sedar airmatanya yang datang bertamu",
Pada tika ini, aku merasa amat kecil sekali,
Airmataku mencurah ibarat air di kali,
Senyap-senyap ku kebiliknya, dan melutut di katil,
"Bangunlah, anakku, bangunlah si kecil"
"Apakah bunga-bunga ini dipetik untuk mak?
Dia tersenyum, "Adik terjumpanya belakang rumah di semak"
"Adik memetiknya kerana ia cantik seperti ibu,
ibu tentu suka terutama yang unggu,
"Maafkan ibu, atas sikap ibu hari ini,
Ibu tak harus menjerkah kamu, sebegini,
Katanya,"Oh, ibu, itu tak mengapa,
Saya tetap sayang ibu melebihi segala,
Bisikku, "Anakku, ibu pun sayang kamu,
dan ibu suka bunga itu, terutama yang unggu,
FAMILY
Adakah kamu sedar, sekiranya kita mati hari ini,
syarikat tempat kita berkerja akan senang-senang mendapat pengganti,
dalam hanya beberapa hari?
Tetapi keluarga yang kita tinggalkan,
akan merasa kehilangan kita sepanjang hayat.
Dan sedarlah, sekiranya kita menghabiskan masa kita kepada kerja,
Melebihi keluarga kita, adalah merupakan suatu pelaburan yang tidak
bijak
Bukankah begitu?
