Kita tahu makan minum yang tidak sehat mungkin akan menyebabkan penyakit yang menakutkan, namun, acap kali kita juga sering mengabaikan beberapa kebiasaan kecil sehabis makan, dan diluar dugaan kebiasaan hidup yang tidak baik ini besar kemungkinan menjadi “pembunuh” yang sewaktu – waktu menimpa kita.

1 . Makan buah – buahan
Kebiasaan makan buah setelah makan ternyata adalah kebiasaan yang keliru. Setelah makanan masuk ke lambung, lambung membutuhkan waktu 1 – 2  jam untuk mencerna, jika seusai makan lalu menyantap buah, buah akan terhambat oleh makanan yang telah lebih dulu disantap, akibatnya buah – buahan tidak bisa tercerna secara normal. Jika berlangsung lama, akan menyebabkan gejala perut kembung, diare atau susah buang air besar dan gejala lainnya.

2.. Minum teh kental
Minum teh seusai makan, dapat mengencerkan getah lambung, akibatnya mempengaruhi pencernaan makanan. Selain itu, daun teh banyak mengandung tanin (asam tanat), jika minum teh seusai makan, akan membuat protein yang belum sempat dicerna lambung menyatu dengan asam tanat dan membentuk sedimen yang tidak mudah dicerna, sehingga mempengaruhi serapan protein. 4 . Mandi
Mandi sehabis makan, volume aliran darah pada permukaan tubuh akan meningkat, dan volume aliran darah pada saluran usus dan lambung akan berkurang, sehingga membuat fungsi pencernaan usus lambung melemah, dan menyebabkan pencernaan buruk.

5. Mengendorkan ikat pinggang
Mengendorkan ikat pinggang setelah makan, meskipun terasa agak nyaman, tapi hal tersebut dapat mengakibatkan turunnya tekanan dalam rongga perut, memaksa lambung turun (terjuntai). Jika kebiasan tersebut terus dilakukan, akan benar – benar mengidap lambung turun.

Seusai makan isi lambung kita membesar, dinding lambung menjadi tipis, volume aliran darah meningkat, saat demikian, bernyanyi dapat membuat sekat ronga badan pindah ke bawah, beban rongga perut bertambah, jika ringan akan menyebabkan pencernaan buruk, sebaliknya dapat menyebabkan gangguan pada lambung dan gejala penyakit lainnya.

8. Mengemudikan mobil
Rawan terjadi kecelakaan jika habis makan lalu menjalankan kendaraan.
