How can I discover my triggers?

Some people seem to “just know” that something has triggered a migraine.
Some triggers are suspiciosly not what we suspect.
If we can examine 1-2 days before previous migraine attacks, to see if you can find what's in common.
Was it the food?
Was it the daily schedule?
What was the weather like?
Keeping a diary of your diet and other factors, so that you can look for commonalities.
When it comes to food or diet, try the plan to cut out all common migraine triggers
A speciality migarine cookbook could be handy in the eliminating exercise.
The search could be lengthy but for migraineurs, the work is worth it!
Awareness on your health and diet will be good in the long run.

Dieting
You need to eat good nutritious foods.
Everyone knows what to eat. Everyone generally knows what NOT to eat.
Avoid any allergies, if any.
Remember all the trigger that might be from foods.
Generally; Avoid flavors, colors, artificial additives,MSG, highly processed foods like white bread, white sugar, white pasta. Just try to replace them with healthier foods.
Include in your diet; wholegrains, protein, seeds and nuts, fresh fruit and vegetables AND LOTS OF WATER!
